Lennart Jünemann

CEO & Co-Founder

Lennart Jünemann studied Energy Engineering in Germany and wrote his doctoral thesis in Electrical Engineering. Over the past six years, he has worked on energy systems and industrial projects for energy-intensive companies, including leading automotive manufacturers. His strength lies in turning complex technical challenges into practical solutions — from identifying new opportunities and developing concepts to driving their operational implementation. Technical depth, curiosity and a cool head — with just enough humour to keep things moving.

Lena Brommer

Co-Founder

Lena Brommer studied International Business Administration with a focus on marketing and finance in Germany. She spent more than eleven years at Mercedes-Benz, leading brand and product campaigns with budgets exceeding €2 million. Her strength lies in turning strategy into execution — from commercial planning and business operations to coordinating people, partners and projects. From financial plans to getting the right people on site: Lena makes sure things get done.

And a carefully curated network of specialists that complements the projects.
